Fast easy to use did not need formatting before use
I had previously purchased an SSD from a Chinese store, and it was terrible. So I looked on Amazon for a more robust device and liked the look of this one. I have been using it for a while, and it has not let me down. It is fast, enabling me to back up approximately 450 Gb of files in about three hours.

Arrived good but late
The products are great The problem it said arriving between 12.30 to 3.30 and they did not arrive until 5.35

Can't label it
Eelegant and works. But, it is impossible to label it. Sticky labels just fall off, pens don't write on what feels like a rubberised surface, and it is black anyway. So what does one do if one has several of them apart from dangly things hanging off the end?

using this as a backup to files on another ssd
transfer rates were high - what i usually leave overnight to backup i watched working for 20 minutesand the job was done. feels like quality hardware in the hand. the supplied cable seems like its quality too.the ssd comes with data security program on the device itself, with instructions for both mac and pc as .txt files. pre formatted to exFAT and easy to change using windoze if you want ntfc etc

Stay away!
Mine still works! I did take the rubber covering off though. Rubber is not a good conductor of heat, it actually works as a thermal insulator. That means rubber doesn’t transfer heat well, and it’s often used to block or slow down heat flow. As if: it got too hot in testing and they thought lets keep the outside cool, but cook the inside! Whoever designed it should not be at this job...Speed is ok. Small. Easy to use, will connect to my Android phone and PC. Got it on sale, so value for money was good.Unfortunately the quality of drive due to rubber housing is not good: overheats easily - all electronic components need cooling!
