It was simple to install to my office chair and added the needed lumbar support that the chair was missing. I would recommend it to anyone that has lower back pain from sitting in an office chair that doesn't support the lower back. I have tried different methods to fill the void in the chair and this fit perfect.

Seems very well designed and comfortable. Seemed like too much at first but it's adjustable, perfect after adjusting it. Price is in line with what you get. Might be a coincidence, but my lower back pain went away a few days after I started using it.

I am a regional supervisor and I am on the road at least 10 hours per day. I have had many back surgeries in the past and sitting in the car sometimes doesn't number on my back. My new lumbar back support it's a blessing in disguise no more back pain that evening or the following morning. I am purchasing a second one for my own personal car. I do recommend this highly.

Purchased this in order to help with my posture.Shipped and arrived within 2 days.Fit my standard office chair perfectly, the adjustable straps made it a cinch. The open space at the bottom works well as it doesn't feel like my chair has gotten any smaller, it only serves to help the curve of my posture. Also included is a booklet with a variety of helpful exercises which I've actually taken to doing and they seem to be helping as well. Can't speak on portability as I have it stationary in my own room, but the included plastic cover would make travelling with this quite convenient. Internal straps are easy to adjust and overall the construction & materials make for a comfy addition to my home office, can't recommend enough.
