When my skin became 'less young' it was time to switch to a detergent that was gentler to the skin and softer to my towels. Tide pods 3 in 2 has been a great product for me. Under advice from my doctor, I switched to Tide Free & Gentle w/no irritating residues. I just ran my first batch of laundry using free & gentle. The clothes smell fresher and softer. I appreciate not having any fragrances added being gentler on the skin. Highly Recommended!!

We've been a Tide house for a long time, and switched to their Free & Gentle detergents about 7 years ago as we've gravitated towards fewer fragrances in our home to accommodate migraine and other fragrance sensitivities. We've used this exclusively since and try to stock up when it is on sale.It cleans very well - it's worth noting though, that my spouse and I work office jobs, have very active lifestyles, no kids, four cats with a lot of beds and blankets to clean - so the most soil it is tackling is sweat, grass stains on socks from mowing the lawn or gardening, cleaning rags, and the occasional messy pet blanket.I love not having to pretreat, and I love that I can use this one product on ALL of our laundry. It saves me time and effort, and for where I am in life at the moment, that's ideal.

Great product. Might actually be better than Persil which was my prior favorite. Finally P&G came out with a product that isn’t repulsively saturated with irritating perfumes! Works very well with dirty white socks. Good in cold water.

I do not need sensitive skin or fragrance free, but my husband does. We wash our clothes separately. So I add a little something like glamour wash or buff city to my loads, I feel like my money goes further and my clothes are clean and smell so good

Works well in both hot and cold water at removing stains. I love that it's fragrance free!

Love tide free, great for baby

This fabric softener is a lifesaver, especially for someone with sensitive skin! Unlike regular softeners that have strong fragrances and artificial dyes, this one is gentle and free of harsh chemicals. It keeps my clothes soft and fresh without irritating my skin, which is exactly what I was looking for. I use it on everything from towels to workout gear, and it does a great job of reducing static cling. My only complaint is the bottle design—it can be a bit tricky to pour without making a mess. If they improved the packaging, it would be perfect. Overall, though, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a mild, fragrance-free fabric softener that actually works.

I've used so many detergents and this one has worked best for me, Truly gentle! I was getting rashes from fresh laundry or skin reactions but havent had any issues with this. If you have sensitive skin, give this a go. A little bit goes a long way!
