Item as been great however I changed my Wi-Fi a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t get the new one on my camera I losted my handbook and decided to contact the seller .A nice chap called Eric wanted all the details of my camera and said he would get back to me within a day he give me a complete guy on what to do and said if I had any problems to contact again and he would of course help until I got it going ,which I thought was a great help I didn’t feel alone .Anyway it’s up and working now and Eric as told me any other problems to contact him .So if you do have any problem when setting up or anything else call ERIC I did and it was great .

The media could not be loaded. This is the best ever security camera in my life, with lots of features, Infrared video recording, equipped with AI technology that automatically target once someone enter into my detection zone, colorful recording, equipped with alarm but I'm not using feature at the moment, many many thanks to Mr. ELNUM who provide me additional SD card for 24 hrs non stop recording, I really appreciate his response, cooperation and understanding. He helped me and respond me time to time. I really appreciate his professionalism and support. You can check from the videos that how this security camera successfully recorded suspects that came for my motorbike. I installed this camera for my motorbike security and because of this camera I sleep without any tension and sleep with peace of mind. Really worth with money, Easy setup, Size is reasonable, Functionality is outstanding, 200% and zoom capability is superb, you can see zoom feature in the picture.

Indeed, I ordered the Ctronics 4K 8MP 5X Optical Zoom Surveillance Camera, but what I received was an ordinary Ctronics 5MP camera, which does not match the description or my expectations. The camera has several significant flaws: the humanoid detection repeatedly triggered false alarms, making it unreliable for accurate security monitoring. Although the night vision is effective, the movement and zoom functions are disappointingly slow, rendering it impractical for real-time use. Additionally, the siren, which should be a critical security feature, proved to be inadequate and malfunctioned in my case.
