The bike arrived early, took me longer to assemble than described but due to my health issues. Unfortunately it has had some problems with both electrics and a captivated nut in the frame that unfortunately was not. Contact with customer service was surprisingly quick, after trying a few ideas they have suggested a full replacement at no further cost to myself, ie delivery charges etc. The bike itself is beautiful, comfortable and if working correctly a fantastic piece of kit..problems can occur with any new item and customer service I would give 5 stars to..if the replacement works fine I will have no problem updating this review to 5 stars overall. I will update when next relevant.Update: Alison from Taoci has been superb and true to her word, the replacement bike arrived...a different model. I chose the folding 48v version this time, quicker assembly, much quieter motor and worked perfectly straight out of the box!! I like the twist grip throttle on this model. I'm very very pleased with this bike so far. I will update further after I've covered some decent distances. Would I recommend Taoci..yes, definitely.

OK, so, admittedly I don't know much about bikes. I haven't ridden for approaching 40 years. I ordered this bike on 29 December and it arrived on 4th January. Two weeks before the scheduled delivery date, which I consider superb service. It was easy enough to put together. Only slight gripe, the instructions in the box were generic, and seemed to cover a range of bikes. Therefore some of the assembly instructions simply weren't appropriate for the model of bike I ordered. (Yellow 02.) However, a quick message to the seller led to a YouTube video that would have made assembly much easier. I'll save the next customer the trouble and post the link here. Well just over 70 miles done with 0 problems. Build quality top notch, 0 maintenance done not a screw loose. It comes well packaged the a very small instruction book witch as to be the warts instruction book I have ever seen. The only part of the booklet you should keep is the how to guide to get into the menu system, witch you need to adjust screen brightness and switch it to mph. Very fast and can get up a 25 / 30 degree incline no problem. It is a steal at this low price for wat it can do. A must buy. Ps back box and cameras not included.

Superb seller, great communication. Fast delivery. Been using the bike everyday to get to work for a month now and have no problems so far. Good bike for the price you pay.

Had few years now still works although I don't use it much I think the part where battery goes could have been stronger as battery moves around a bit its bit loose and tires went bald very quickly never had tires go bald as quick with very little use but you get what you pay for altho I'd say £799 is still lot of money other than that all good

The bike is easy to put together, looks great, great quality and value for money. After a few weeks we had a problem, we got in touch by email and the service was fantastic, spare parts sent. Bike now ready to go again. FANTASTIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.

The bike did arrive with more parts to attach than I expected. But with the video assembly instructions it is fairly straightforward. I was concerned that the manual said try not to get it wet (it's the UK it's only ever wet) as can damage the electrics, an easy solution would be a waterproof cover from the battery and electrics.I've been using the bike to get to work for nearly a month now and had no issues, the power assist works great (apart from when down to last two bars when it's sluggish to go) but I just charge it after 3 days riding to work (could do 3.5 says but means charging at work)If you want a bike for commuting this bike is great.

I received it on time, have been using it for two weeks now and I would say it is reliable, convenient and would never regret buying it. Easy to install, smooth on handling and strong. Speed up 25km/hr, traveling while raining and windy weather, did not put me down.
