The softgels are manageable to take, and I like that it comes from a brand I already recognize. I also appreciate that it includes choline because not every prenatal does, and I was specifically trying to find something that felt more complete.Like most prenatals, they are still vitamins, so I would not say they are exciting or life-changing. I also think anyone sensitive to softgels or smells may want to pay attention, because prenatals can be hit or miss that way. But I haven’t had any major issues with them so far.Overall, I feel good about using these while planning ahead. Love that these are sold together now. I needed the orange flavoring while pregnant or I’d throw up. I used them through breastfeeding and they’ve been great. A lot of other vitamins on the market don’t provide the daily need but this does and cheaper than the hype brands. 10/10 recommend!

Not gonna lie it does have a slight odor but not as bad as some fish oil products. Overall I feel like it is a good product.

Used these throughout my whole pregnancy and still taking them because of breastfeeding. I take them at night and have no issues with digestion. Will use these again and again.

I have used many prenatal vitamins and looked at dozens more trying to find ones that offer a good ratio of vitamins I want and also not too much of any one thing (can also be toxic). These are the cheapest I found that fit that description. They do taste fishy though and I wouldn’t be able to stomach them in first trimester.
