I needed something to help me get through workouts/mornings and this is helping with my pump & blood flow. It has helped with my morning bathroom trips and also seems to have introduced some mental clarity too, but could be placebo. My mornings have never felt so... uplifting and things are flowing better than ever. The speed and its effectiveness is actually quite fast and let's just say that I'm going longer and stronger than expected xD. It wears off after a few hours which is perfect for my needs. The taste didn't bother me as I just swallow it with water, and it doesn't really touch the tongue. It's one of the better OTC medicine that I used so I would definitely recommend.
