Poor quality
After reading the bad reviews I was skeptical, but I needed some high quality batteries so I opted for these. Put them on my battery tester, and right out of the box new they were 1100 mAh. That's barely 11% of what they are rated at.

So far they seem to be holding a charge and lasting longer on my recharge flashlights. I definitely recommend for price

Don’t bother
The batteries are supposed to be 9900 mah but run dead faster than my two year old 3400 mah batteries. I spent way too much on these to be this disappointed. I was forced to give one star for the rating, otherwise it would be zero stars.

Not has advertised
The batteries are not 9900 mA. They are more like 1000 mA if that they run out of power extremely fast.
