Been using these for a few days now , with no problems. Look good as well. Will buy again.

Rj45 plugs ,great fit
I've bought other cheap plugs and had loads of failures or bad connections, These one are a nice tight fit in the switch and So far I've fitted about 30 plugs with out any issues.

Pass through ends
Not used yet but it's worth noting these are pass through. I think that should have been mentioned in the listing.Edit: looks like that detail got added since.

Avoid
Terrible connector the failure rate is very high, unlike most cat6 rj45s they don't have a carrier for the cores making it difficult to judge how far into the connector you insert the cable.I don't think i've ever remade so many connector. If I wasn't being a tart and doing it for asthetic purposes I would avoid using these

Will never go back
Will never go back to using non pass through connectors.

I learned something today - different tool needed for Pass Through connectors!
I'd originally thought these were poor quality, but after looking for a replacement item I noticed all the "pass through" connectors have a smooth flat top to their body, without the slot for my crimp tool to press down onto the wires (not the gold pins, but more to the middle of body). So, I assume there is a different crimp tool/die for pass through than regular (modular) RJ45 connectors.
