I really love this brand of plates! They are lead-free and really high quality. You have to be SO careful buying dishes because you never really know which ones have lead-based paint but I love that this brand is lead-free. I even bought lead test kits and verified this to be true! Additionally, all their products are a great weight and pretty durable, I have yet to have one break.

Very good plates

I've been completing a set of this very nice Mora tableware. For smaller (8"-ish) salad/desert plates I originally purchased the Mora 7.8" conventional design. But I decided that having the raised edge (flat sides) would make the plates more versatile. The only thing that held me back was that some plates with this configuration don't fit the tines in some dishwasher lower racks.However, reading some reviews, it looked like the design might have been changed just a little, so I took a chance. Success. These fit perfectly in the rear row of my Samsung dishwasher (those tines have a slight dog-leg).These plates are slightly heavier than the conventional 7.8" salad plates, but are only about 60% of the weight of the full size conventional plate. I use them every day for breakfast, and for suppers when I don't need a full size plate. They work perfectly in the microwave.

These are my favorite dishes I've ever had. I got the mult icolored pack and they are perfect. Very nicely made and they look great. Just what I was looking for

love this company. I now have 12 large plates, 12 bowls and six small dessert plates. Hoping for six more dessert plates soon.
