NOT pre-cooked
This is NOT pre-cooked corn meal. Don’t use this to make arepas. But it is very good fine cornmeal. I make a meatloaf that uses cornmeal and this gave the best texture for it. The cornmeal mush tasted delicious on its own so I’m sure it would be great in any baked or fried cornmeal recipe.

Great quality
Creamy when cooked. This corn meal cooks very fast and I usually cook mine in the microwave. Easy to cook and it is worth the money. The quality is great and the cornmeal is thick.
