Hits the Right Pressure Points Every Time
I absolutely love the Thrival Relief Pro. It’s incredibly easy to use and fully adjustable, which makes it simple to target exactly where you need it. It hit the pressure points immediately and provided instant relief for the hip pain I was experiencing. I originally bought it for my psoas and hip flexors, but I now use it on other areas as well—and it works amazingly every time. This has become a go-to tool in my pain-relief routine.

Finally!!
Excellent product and versatility! I’ve had right sided SIJ pain that resulted from a fall. This led into back/hip issues for the last four years that were not resolved with several rounds of physical therapy, stretching, hip mobilization, therapy gun, and massage. I haven’t been able to lift weights, run, or walk longer than 20 minutes without severe hip or back pain in the days following, along with high dose anti-inflammatories to get back to “ functional”. I purchased this tool last week knowing that my Iliopsoas was stuck/ tight/restricted, and the primary cause for the unresolved hip and back pain. I own an excessive amount of physical therapy and massage tools. This is the first tool that I’ve used that was versatile enough for me to be able to reach the restricted area. Some of the tools on the market are designed for one body type, or only allow the tool to dress the psoas from one angle. I was easily able to use the tool and adjust it to my needs. I’ve used it four times since it arrived over the course of a week. Today is January 23rd, 2026, and I currently have zero hip/back pain. If you know hip and back pain and how debilitating it can be, then you can understand why I’ve shed quite a few tears. My new chiropractor who has done extensive dry needling and myofascial work on my hip and back for the last four months noted yesterday, how my hip/back alignment had improved and how the tone in my back muscles was more relaxed than normal. I can confidently endorse the effectiveness and quality of the product at this time.

Lower back and hip recovery
I have experienced back pain and eventually hip weakness for the past two decades. Started using the Thrival muscle recovery Thrival wave about two weeks ago and have been very satisfied with the progress of recovery I am suddenly experiencing in my lower back and hip. Noticeably less stiffness and strength is slowly but surely increasing. I still have a long ways to go, but I know that the Thrival wave will help to get me there!

Like a deep tissue massage - uncomfortable at times but very helpful. Might try the soft covers
*Edit- after 2 weeks of using this, I find it’s been very helpful. It’s useful for different hip & thigh muscles that are hard to reach, and very helpful for tense calves. Glad I went ahead and got this. Original review: I just got this yesterday and tried it last night. My hip has felt tight and has ached for a year or so. That’s my fault for not exercising and stretching as much, but once that problem happens, it’s not easy to address. This works to help release the iliacus muscle and seems to have a very positive effect on other muscles that are affected by it. I already feel much less tension and pain. This is easy to assemble, disassemble and pack when traveling. The meat grinder and other attachments are a super hard plastic . I didn’t know there were soft covers available, but there are. Since I didn’t purchase them, I doubled a blanket and draped it over the whole thing to soften the pressure. Even with that, it was a lot of pressure, and I feel bruised today. BUT we all know getting to tight muscles like this is going to involve discomfort, so that was no surprise. The takeaway for me is that it seems to help considerably with hip area tension- it’s similar to a deep tissue massage- it may hurt pr be uncomfortable at the time, but it help considerably, so I do it. I’ll continue using this . Curious to know if the soft covers make much difference. Also curious to know if the Aletha hip hook is any more comfortable. If so, I’d definitely consider trying it based on my experience w this…

Hurts so good!
Hurts so good! I bought this at the recommendation of my chiropractor. I’ve been seeing him regularly for low back pain and he suggested one of these to loosen my psoas muscle. I was so excited to try this as soon as it was delivered. I am a normal size person with some athletic and strength abilities. I am able to maneuver with no issues. After one use. I do feel that my lower back has improved. My 16 year old daughter just tried it as well on her hip flexors. She is a cheerleader and felt this really helped her. While I have only had it two days, I do feel that this is a sturdy product and will last for a while.

“One Tool, Many Tight Muscles, Zero Regrets”
I bought this for my psoas because running turns my hips into concrete. Turns out it also works on pretty much everything else that complains after a long run — glutes, lower back, and anything nearby that’s feeling dramatic. The adjustable height actually matters. I can make it gentle or “okay, message received” depending on the day. It’s uncomfortable in a productive way, not a regretful way. This is actually my second one — I gave the first to a running friend who refused to give it back. After a few weeks, my stride feels smoother and my post-run stiffness has definitely backed off. Solid little recovery tool for runners who collect tight muscles like souvenirs.

Serves intended purpose
It looks and sounds very easy to use. However, when you are overweight and out of shape it’s not so easy. The plastic is very hard on my body which I know serves a purpose and I think some padding would help. It’s not bad I just need to figure out the best way that I can use it.

Deep Tissue RELIEF!
Finally something that really gets deep enough into the tissue to provide real relief! I have tried so many different back massage tools and none of them have been able to really “dig” into my tight back muscles to really make a difference. I took a chance after doing my research and I can honestly say, I am loving this! Finally something that can “hit back” at that annoying back pain! This is so worth it for anyone with a tight upper back between the shoulder blades!

A must have product! I much prefer this one over my pso rite. Love that this is adjustable and gets to every spot I need it to + spots I didn’t even know was there. Initially I was a little put off by the price but I am so happy I bit the bullet. This is a solid but light weight tool that feels like it will last. My body has never felt better! Make the investment, your body will thank you.

Decided to upgrade from a massage foam roller and try out the Meat Grinder, and no regrets. It's more expensive but well worth it. Since it's adjustable, I can target my shorthened iliopsoas very well even tho it's deep down, and get quick relief. Also tried on other muscle groups as per the booklet and felt the same nice relief. Hmm maybe this can replace a massage therapist... Gonna order the upgrade parts to see what else this device can do.

I've been using it for my psoas, glutes, and shoulders and it's been pretty good releasing the tight muscles. I've seen other reviews on the durability but so far no issues yet.

It works. I bought it initially as a supplement tool but lately i find myself reaching for it over my other tools. It is extremely versatile. Apart from reaching hard to reach areas, it also gets to tight spots I didn’t even realised was there. I also like that it is easy to use, making it easy for me to relax into it and breathe, which is great. I was concerned initially that it might not have a very solid feel with all the adjustable parts but it is well built, stable, and things fits perfectly. Changing and adjusting the attachments is also relatively fuss free. It is as advertised, that it can access many muscle groups. It does a great job on my lower back, glutes, upper back, neck and legs and psoas. I put a folded towel over the attachments sometimes to reduce pressure. It can get quite intense. I am glad I took a chance and bought it. My body is happy too.

The thing falls apart when I try to squirm around and find the right spots.
