Excellent sound quality

I purchased thei Mivipod earbuds on 9-Apr-2024. Just a year and a month old and now charging case is not working. How do I reach out to customer support?

The media could not be loaded. For the price, these are FIRE. Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical at first, you know, another "budget" earbud. But these actually surprised me.The cool transparent design makes them look kinda expensive. Plus, they fit snugly in my ears.Sound & Call quality? I'm no audiophile, but these definitely bump.They even advertise some fancy "3D soundstage" thing, which, honestly, sounds like marketing speak, but the music does feel immersive, especially for the price.Coming to Call quality, My experience has been fine till now compared to other earbuds, as there wasn't any noise or issues while speaking on calls with it's mic.Battery life? I used them for like 3 days straight (with the charging case, of course) before needing to find a plug.Downsides? The touch controls can be a bit finicky sometimes.Overall? These are trendy, budget-friendly earbuds.

Disgusting customer service. My earbud was not working. I registered a complaint. Mivi delivery agent received it and I got it back after more than one month in the same condition. It's still useless. Really disappointed with your service. I won't ever go for Mivi products and I will never recommend it to anyone.

First off, to clear one thing, I've been using these Truke I7 earbuds for the past 8 months, so here's my honest experience:The Bad:Durability:The case is not durable at all. It became loose within just 15-20 days of use.The case design is a major pain. You can't use a normal C-Type charger because it doesn't fit properly. You have to rely on the tiny 5 cm charger that comes with it.Connectivity:Too many issues! Sometimes it just doesn’t connect to devices, and when it does, it takes much longer than usual. For this price, the connectivity should’ve been faster.Battery Life:They claim 52-54 hours, but in reality, I barely get 3-4 hours, which is a huge disappointment.Fit:The earbuds are loose and fall out of my ears often, which is super annoying.Customer Support (Worst):I tried complaining to customer service, but they didn’t even pick up my calls or offer any support. That was extremely frustrating.The Good:Audio Quality:Honestly, I love the sound quality. The bass is nice, and the clarity is on point.Overall, while the sound quality is good, everything else—connectivity, durability, battery, fit, and lack of support—makes this product not worth it. If you’re looking for something reliable and user-friendly, I wouldn’t recommend this.
