What is the screw hole on the bottom of the Microphone for?

the screw hole is for if you want to mount it to a stand or swing arm, tbh with you an at2020 is a better quality mic, there are two types a XLR one and USB, i would recommend the usb if you dont want to buy several parts to get the xlr to work with your pc

Is this product good with background noise cancellation ?

This mic doesn't have noise cancellation per se. It depends on what you're using it for, and which polar pattern you use as to whether or not it will pick up excessive noise. Eg if you were going to use it as a mic for gaming and place it on it's provided stand on your desk, then it will pick up every key press and mouse drag through the stand so you'd need an isolated mic stand. If you're using it for recording podcasts in a noisy environment, you'll want to use the cardioid setting and talk reasonably closely to it with an anti bump filter. Otherwise, it depends on other environmental factors and use cases.
