So I've had the tracker about a week so this is my take on it so far... I have gotten multiple different trackers (petcube and tractive are the ones I've received) to compare since I need multiple due to having 4 dogs. Sorry it's a little lengthy but wanted to give full details since I know I can't be the only one having this dilemma...maybe for 4 dogs though. I charged it to 100% the first day I got it and it is only down to 95%. The battery life is great but I will say it's on power saver mode due to being home. I can't speak to being waterproof since it hasn't rained and the puppy it's on doesn't like swimming. It seems like it would be fine and has been durable with 2 puppies playing and tugging on collars. The accuracy when you're at home is solid but it has jumped around within a couple hundred feet when he hasn't left the yard. Also I have had an issue of it jumping to other streets when the puppy hasn't left the house besides going to the yard so I'm not sure what the issue is there. It has been accurate when I have taken the dogs into town and all the places we went to were accurate on the map which is a huge plus!! I haven't had a chance to test it out hiking yet but will update it once I do. The light and sound have been superior to the other trackers I've purchased! My puppy hasn't shown any discomfort while wearing it and it fits very snuggly on his collar while still looking good. Now I will say I don't know if I'd get it for my springer spaniel that barrels through the woods but for my younger puppy that just runs, plays and hikes it's perfect! Also for comparison he's a 35lb 5 month old goldendoodle and the size of the tracker is comparable to a training (beep vibrate) collar. I can't speak to taking it out of service at this time but once I take him on a hike I'll update it. During those hikes, we're constantly out of service so I'd like to see how accurate the GPS is. I do like the fitness tracking but I believe it may track just anytime he's awake or showing any energetic movement. I'm getting a fit bark to compare mileage and activity since I'm really trying to watch things for my 5yr old springer. I attached photos of one of the days that I definitely don't believe is accurate especially knowing what we did. A subscription is necessary and for the time being I just wanted to test things so I got the basic. Things shouldn't change too much going to premium but I'll update that at a later time. Overall I think it's definitely worth it for the money vs some of the others that are very pricey. If you don't need exact accuracy for GPS and you're not strictly trying to track your dogs wellness/activity then this is perfect. I know this puppy won't run away and I'm training him very well but in the off chance he gets distracted or runs a little ways off then I'm confident this tracker will provide those details with some degree of accuracy if I have service. Without service, I'm uncertain at this point in time. I'll update later once I know more.

I don't normally write a review trashing a product. But this product trashed me. First of all, I spent 8 hours trying to get it set up, during which time it kept telling me that the tracker was 20 yards south of me, in the middle of our county road. I contacted customer service & got a speedy reply with instructions, but it was only after I read the user manual that I realized YOU CAN'T SET UP THE TRACKER INSIDE YOUR HOUSE (unless maybe you live in a tent or yurt) because the GPS signal can't penetrate inside. And, even after I finally got the bloody thing set up--outside--the app insisted on telling me that MY location was still in the middle of the road. And, even if both my location and the dog's had been correct, I wouldn't have been able to let the dog out for a pee unless I went with him (and don't you dare chide me for that, because we're way out in the country on 127 acres & train our dogs not to go near the road). All that said, when I installed the thing on the dog--and 100% certain I did it securely--the dog ended up losing it today on neighbor's ranch about 1/4 mile from me. And, because it didn't show MY location on the app (only the dog's), there's no hope of finding it. Not in the wooded area where it seems to have come loose. Oh, did I mention that, before the dog lost the tracker, the app was only showing me updates every 10-15 minutes? When I finally switched to "Find Lost Dog" mode it behaved more reasonably. But the other modes were useless given the glacial update rate. As I said, I rarely trash a product. But this one was useless, useless, infuriatingly useless...

So many awesome features! It does require subscription to use it to cover covers expenses for servers maintenance and cellular data costs. The cheapest subscription at this moment for monthly is $5/month. I was so eager to get everything set up when I received the tracker, I tried to skip a very important step. The tracker must be fully charged before you can connect it for the first time. Being sure to have a full charge (light will be green) before starting the setup process will take away any frustration. Once i had it charged the setup was easy. I tried to record the setup process but because of this mistake on my end, I was unable to finish the video. I was scared that since Lilo has a bulky “military” style collar, the tracker would’nt fit. It would be nice if there were more stretch to the silicone (but stretchiness would take from the durability), however it did fit after some stretching and pulling. If you do not have a common size collar, be sure to remove the tracker from the holder before attempting to fit it, as that will assist in the stretching. Once I got the tracker on the collar, i was confident the tracker was secure to the collar, it does not seem like it will fall.(update: 3 weeks later and I see no issue with the tracker falling out. The silicone case is very secure and keeps the electronics dry as lilo is a messy drinker) The app is really cool. You can track your dogs activity just like a fitbit! You can also mark safe zones, so while your dog is in those zones the battery will go into low consumption mode, so as to not drain the battery too fast. When the Tracker finds a saved Wi-Fi name around itself, it stops sending updates to the servers and the app. There are also Virtual Fences, designed to notify you when your pet leaves or goes into a safe zone or reaches a no-go zone, for example, a busy road. 4 days in the power saving mode only took 60% of battery. - There is also a sound to play while searching for your pet. It is a high pitched noise, and I am going to try to train Lilo to come back home to that noise by giving her treats when I play the sound. - finally there is a light to switch on, this can aid in a search at night. But also assist in visibility during nightly walks. Overall this tracker is a great buy and adds extra peace of mind in case of an emergency.

This GPS tracker performs fairly well. It comes in a cute box and is very easy to set up using the app. There is a small subscription fee. You’ll have to pay upfront. The good thing is as they bundle it over years instead of per month. For the most part, it generates the GPS tracking there is some lagging occasionally and some glitching but most of the time it is very correct in the location of your pet. The other great thing is the notification you get for the virtual fences that you set up sometimes the notifications do glitch as well but for the most part, you can turn on your app and find your pet. The only other thing that’s helped is sharing it with my husband. I was able to have him set up his own account and be able to share Noodles location. Noodles likes to go around noodling around and it was a great idea for us to get for him because it does cause me anxiety, not knowing where he is on our property and making sure that he staying safe. The silicone cover stays very well on the collar, however it does not fit anything bigger than a normal collar, but it holds the collar well and hold onto the tracker very well. The light and the sound on the GPS also works really well and the silicone is also glow in the dark. Overall, I think for the price you pay, it is a good tracker. I think there’s some things that’ll be ironed out in the future, but for the most part it eases my anxiety and I’m glad we got it!

I have had this for about a month. When I first got it, the accuracy was very bad and the location updates did not come frequently to the app. Customer support has been good to work with and they released a few updates for firmware of the tracker and for the app on the phone (I am on an android) and it has improved greatly, there are still a couple of things they are working to resolve, but, overall it well worth the price for our use. Battery life for the tracker is about 2 days in LTE mode and frequent updates (about 2 minutes). If the dog is generally within bluetooth range of a phone, the life can be quite a bit longer. Some of the positive things: 1) The ability to play a noise on the tracker is great. The dog hates the noise and comes running to us to get the noise to turn off. It was intended to help locate the dog, but, our dog has learned to come to us when he hears it. 2) The app gives alerts when the dog leaves the fence (even without the app running). It will also tell us when the tracker needs to be recharged. 3) Location accuracy is about 10 feet (after the firmware updates). When the dog initially goes outside it takes a couple minutes to get the gps fix nailed down, but it is good from that point on. Indoor accuracy is non-existent. 4) Lost dog mode works well for tracking the dog in real time. 5) The tracker is fairly small and attaches to the collar we already had for the dog. Most medium to large dogs will probably not notice the tracker on the collar (I have a mastiff so it makes no difference to my dog). The tracker may be too big for small or toy sized dogs. A few things that would make it better: 1) Virtual fences are required to be a distance from a certain point. This results in a circular area for the fence. Most property lines are generally rectangular. I would prefer to be able to draw a custom fence on the app. 2) Dense tree cover reduces the location accuracy of the tracker. A few random trees does not appear to significantly impact the location accuracy, but an area with a lot of trees can be a big issue. 3) The usb charging cord that comes with the tracker is too short. I don't need a cord that is a mile long, but, a cord that would at least reach the floor or an end table would be much better. 4) Good luck if you can read the instruction book that comes with the tracker. The entire instruction book is written in fine print and nobody in our house can read it. A QR code with a link to a manual would be better than what is provided. 5) While there have been improvements in the app, there are a couple issues with the app connecting to the network when saving virtual fences or setting up power saving zones on my phone. It works ok on my daughter's phone (also an android), but there is some sort of issue on my phone. The other features of the app appear connect to the network without any issues. Customer support is trying to solve this one for me. 6) You have to pay for the subscription on an annual basis, there is no option to pay month to month.
