I bought this as a present for my Disney loving friend and she was overjoyed. She is really enjoying making the recipes in it.

Returned the book. My family won't eat any of this stuff.

This cookbook is a must-have for Disney lovers who enjoy cooking! Pam Brandon works with the Disney chefs to bring you 101 recipes of your favorite festival recipes.As advertised, this largely contains snack-type foods served at festivals throughout the year and is a perfect compliment to Pam Brandon's other Disney cookbooks that I also highly recommend.It's a great addition to a Disney cookbook collection made better that these are the authentic park recipes professionally translated for the home chef. Authentically amazing!

I preordered this book and was excited as I own numerous of Pam's cookbooks and enjoy them. Unfortunately this one is full of fried foods that I would not consider making. The quality of the book is wonderful and the pictures are great but unfortunately the recipes were not ones that I would ever make. Book is being returned.

I'm very sad to say that I'm disappointed with the recipes in this book. I wish that I hadn't purchased it.
