Great value, quality, and customer service
Always good quality hay that my rabbit loves. Also wonderful customer service. The one time I got the wrong box of Oat hay instead of Orchard sent to me, they responded quickly and sent me a new box of the right one for no charge. Gotta say the oat hay is also looking much better than other stuff I’ve bought and my bunny is actually enjoying it this time

Fresh, Fragrant, and Bunny-Approved!
I’ve been using Oxbow for a while — it’s good quality and my bunny enjoys it, though sometimes the hay strands are a bit shorter, and other times they’re longer and more intact. This time, I decided to try Small Pet Select after seeing all the great reviews, and I was impressed! The hay is super fresh, has a nice grassy smell, and has long and green stems. My bunny started munching right away and is now eating a lot more than before — probably twice as much. It’s great to see her so happy with it!

10/10 💜
My baby boy is finally happy now. 10/10 , I've been. Wasting money on the name brand hay and my rabbit hated it. He is super HAPPY now! Thank yall 💓 Also didn't realize how big the 10lb box I'd for 30 bucks , that was a Win for me.

Got my bunny to eat her hay
We got our 4 month old bunny back in November and this is our first time owning one. Still new to everything, but I really noticed that she was not eating her hay. We had purchased Timothy hay before we got her because that’s what we read she needed. I was contemplating contacting her vet, but I was taking a bunny class to find her a bonding mate, when they brought up the fact of Orchard hay for those who may be pickier with Timothy hay. That was completely what she wanted! I still mix the Timothy hay in because it has alfalfa, but instead of changing the hay every few days I now have to replenish her hay twice a day. If you have a picky bunny who doesn’t seem to like the Timothy hay, you should really give the orchard hay a try. The bunny class also suggested that if you have family in the house that are allergic to hay that Orchard hay may have less allergies because it’s less dried out than Timothy.

Would love to
The first day we ordered was so green and soft. My bunny and piggy loved it! I just recorded and it's a different type. It's not bright green and soft. It's more stiff...Why can't I just receive the same type every time?

Not safe and poor customer service!!!
The media could not be loaded. Box was full of FOXTAILS!!!!!I had given the guinea pigs a couple big handfuls of seemingly good hay. Underneath I didn’t notice a tonne of foxtails.Very unsafe and DEFINITELY NOT HAND SORTED.I had to throw out many handmade cage liners as the foxtails were inside the liners and all over the outside.Very dangerous to most animals!!I contacted customer service and the reply was very rude and did not address the seriousness of their error.I will not recommend this company.Amazon sent a new box. Great.

Best quality hay
I have been feeding this brand for many years to my rabbit. It is a high quality hay from a brand that I trust. The hay smells fresh and it is clear my boy really enjoys it. Rabbits digestion is sensitive and this hay delivers for optimal rabbit health. I like that it comes in a box (no plastic, hooray!) and is from a family owned farm out West. This brand also offers treats and toppers - also excellent quality!
