I was looking for a new foot massager because my older one has very limited funtionality.This one has the shiatsu I was looking for as well as other bells and whistles like vibration, heat and air.When it arrived both my Mom and I checked it out. She has small, thin feet and I have large, wide feet. So we figured that would be a good test of how this works. (See photos of each of us using the unit.)This machine does a very good job. We were surprised at both finding the lowest setting on all the functions pretty intense and to our liking. I was figuring it would need to be cranked up for her given her small feet, but this unit seems to be able to make the adjustments to provide the same experience regardless of foot size.Here is how it feels:The air function squeezes (compresses) your whole foot like a person giving you a massage would do—a reasonable substitution because it does a good job.The vibration, well, that vibrates, of course, and if it’s your bag you’ll like it.The heat is self-explanatory.The shiatsu function is called “knead,” and there are rollers and nubs at the bottom that move around and get into various pressure points of your foot. This is my favorite function.You can have all functions on or only one of them on. Heat is low or high, and all the others have three levels. The default is the lowest level.We used bare feet. There are removable sock-like inserts that can be removed via zipper and washed.The unit feels very sturdy. It comes with a remote and a battery for the remote. This is very helpful. It’s got a timed session and will turn off after that. The cord is reasonably long but if you want to sit far from an outlet invest in a good extension cord.The unit heats up quickly and gets to 131F, according to the specs.It’s about 7 pounds and because the power supply disconnects from the unit I am able to store the power cord, remote and my extension cord in the feet of the unit so I can keep it available at all times in my livingroom.When you use all the functions together, with or without heat, this unit does a GREAT JOB!I am shocked at how good this thing works.One piece of advice I would offer is that you should make sure the unit is positioned well so your feet are fully seated in their respective slots properly.Also, it will take a bit to decode the remote. The commands on the remote do not all map to the same position on the unit, so just look at the icons. The remote has a pause button and a sound button that the unit does not have. Easy to get used to once you use it a couple times. The pause is handy, for sure. (I have a photo here that shows this.)The only things I have to say that are more or less just a quibble are: The battery was a bit difficult to get into the remote. You need a small coin, like a dime, to get the battery in. It’s in there, has not fallen out, but it seems a bit precarious. Also I am not sure how to get the removable foot liners out. They have zippers, but the zippers attach from the inside. There are no instructions so at some point I will try to unzip them and see how that works.In sum this is a really great massager, and we have it out and use it all the time. If you are on your feet all day or you just love a foot massage, check this item out.

I love it. My husband got me it for Mother’s Day. It is kinda strange but also when it’s massaging it like customs to your shoe size. It feels so good on my feet I have little ones. It’s not that big. If you’re trying to buy it for yourself or gift it do it.

This Comfier foot massager has everything you look for in a foot massager in term of functions: shiatsu kneading, air compression, heat and vibration. Allow me to break down:1st, the machine is powerful in shiatsu massaging. It kneads down into the muscle tissue like strong male hands. So, I suggest using medium or lower intensity.2nd, the air compression is something you must have when the shiatsu is on, which helps to strengthen muscle tissues & reduce muscle stiffness. However, the compression on high hurts so I suggest using medium and lower intensity.3rd, heating is a must have feature when you use the massager in winter. My wife will always turn on the heat to high when she uses the foot massager.4th, the vibration, which is optional for me, but wife likes it saying the combination of shiatsu and vibration really helps her to relieve feet fatigue.Besides the four features mentioned above, this Comfier product has a both manual panel and remote panel which make the product so easy to use.I have to mention that this product is FSA eligible.In summary: great massage, very powerful with shiatsu + compression + heating + vibration features. The remote control is a plus. And the product has two years warranty and is FSA eligible.

Easy to operate with remote, I was going to send it back because the rollers on the bottom of my feet hurt me so bad I could not tolerate them, even when they were off. I decided to see if I could put something under my feet so I did not have the pain, so I cut a pair of slippers that had the bottoms of hard soles and put them in the sleeve of the machine so they were over the rollers and that works great, no more pain and I can use the machine. I would like the heat to be warmer. It works good for the top of my feet which is what I wanted it for.

Great product, the best feature is the remote control, you can control it while relaxing.Once you get used to the air compress process is just relaxing.

It has 3 speeds light medium hard & heat. It has amazing pressure. I use it as im watching TV . It's very relaxing. It goes off automatically. I love this foot massage.

After using it for several days, I like certain qualities of it and dislike others. All massage focus is on the sole of the foot. Not the sides, not the heel or ankle where I want it most. When you get a hand massage the top of the foot even gets some focus by default of holding the foot.After having your foot in it for a while the little massager piece under the heel hurts. It’s not moving much just putting pressure on that spot and it hurts.The compression on this machine is good. So good that sometimes I am afraid I need to turn it off or my foot will get a compression injury. It always releases in time but it psychs you out a little.FYI the machine turns off after 15 minutes and the instructions tell you to give the machine a 15 minute break between each session.

This is a pretty good product. I set it back because it really didn’t do what I needed it to do. I needed something with a little more pressure (I like deep tissue). Only bad thing I will say it doesn’t stay on long enough for me. Other than the pressure and timer it’s good.
