Don't go cheap, this one puts out!
It puts out! No, it doesn't come with supply lines as most installs will be different. I got the "excellent" repackaged version and it is great, looks great, no scratches or issues. No complaints but I also had a pro put it in with a new faucet I purchased last year. Did need to go to the hardware store a few times for a compression fitting and hose clamp but works so well!First time I had a dedicated filtered water faucet and I'm loving it.

Worth the premium.
I was intent on installing a water filter underneath my kitchen sink, and quickly realized that I should probably install an auxiliary faucet to go along with it (in order to avoid wasting the filter on washing dishes, etc). When I started shopping for a faucet, I was happy to see that quality products were available in the $30-40 range, but I was also dismayed by the reviews, many of which described a difficult installation process due to non-standard threads, white label brands, etc... In any case, I already had a Kingston Brass faucet in my kitchen sink, so I though maybe it would be nice for the new faucet to match the existing. I was happy to find this product, which matches my existing faucet perfectly. And I felt fine paying a bit more for a brand name that I trust. Just an extra $20, after all.The water supply connection here is a standard 1/4" compression. Kitchen sink plumbing, in my experience, typically involves 3/8" compression connections all around. Adapting from one to the other was no big deal. $10 at Home Depot and I had everything I needed. I drilled a 3/4" hole in my wood counter top (5/8" would have been sufficient, and the hardware would have also completely concealed a 1" hole). As with all under-sink plumbing, getting all the pieces together took a steady hand and some patience, but I was able to install this myself with no help, and the whole thing took less than an hour (including drilling the hole). The action on the faucet handle is silky smooth and very easy. The handle rotates almost 90 degrees from its resting position. I quickly learned that less than half of that range of motion is the sweet spot for a nice steady flow. Opening the valve the whole way results in a stream that's almost too strong to be useful. Perhaps filling up a large pot for cooking would be the right application for that. In any case, very happy that I spent the extra $20.

Beautifully made and operating glass filler tap for drinking water sysems.
We bought this glass filler tap as a replacement for the kitchen tap on our whole-house reverse osmosis drinking water system. We are on a well and the system serves our ice maker, kitchen and bathroom. Installation was fairly easy and my existing hardware fit the inlet of the tap. The only hard part, of course, is getting at the mounting behind the sink under the sink cabinet. Have a helper hold the tap in place when tightening the mounting nut if you install this yourself. You may need to replace the plastic gland on the tube fitting.Beautifully finished in polished chrome-plated brass. Spout swivels so you can mount the handle in any position you like. Very smooth action of the tap handle. I think this is a ceramic disk type tap, so it should last a very long time. Made in Taiwan for a California company. For some reason, the manufacturer states that this tap is not suitable for reverse osmosis systems. I'm not sure why they say this as our tap works perfectly. We have a relatively low pressure RO supply, but no problems and no drips so far. Perhaps under-sink single point RO systems use different tubing or fittings. If that's the case, you probably can get brass adapter fittings at any well-stocked hardware or home improvement store.

Well Built but a little difficult to install.
This is my second one, we changed the color of our faucets from oiled bronze to nickel and I had to replace. These are built well but not so easy to install depending on your sink line sizes. Make sure to go to Kingston's website and check the parts diagram. When I say built well, I mean it, they are solid metal and my previous one had no issues during 18 months of continuous service. I had an issue with the spout gasket for the aerator leaking, I just took the the o-ring off the old one and replaced it. O-rings are typically available at any hardware store so I could have replaced it easily if I had not had the old one to use. As for the installation, it was just a matter of having all of the right pieces so check the pieces/parts ahead of time. As a side note, if you need to drill a hole in granite to install this, don't be scared to do it yourself. I bought a 5/8 inch diamond coated hole bit, made a water reservoir with plumbers putty, and had a hole in minutes. I used a grease pencil to mark the hole, fitted the bit to an electric drill and went in at angle to etch the granite prior to going completely vertical. After that was done, I flooded the plumbers putty reservoir with water and kept refilling as needed. There are YouTube videos for this. Good Luck!
