We are enjoying this piece of exercise equipment. It appears well designed and well-made. It’s more stable than I imagined it would be. Works for me at 160 lbs. as well as 11 year old grandson at 70lbs. A perfect addition to our small gym.

for a big guy who has turned 60 and doing a pull up at my age is a definite struggle, this has been excellent. The range of motion and muscle groups involved in these exercises became accessible with these assistance bands. They are high quality and do exactly what is advertised. Based on where i am in my training, i can add or take off bands and do 10-20 pull ups and feel good about the work, rather than just leaving this exercise out of my circuit training.

I got this for a pullup/dip bar I bought for my room, works exactly as intended with a very clever design for adjusting the height. It took about 5 minutes of playing around to get it to work, easy enough. My only issue is that it tends to hit me in the stomach and has caused some bruising, though I'm not sure if that's just user error. But for the price, it feels like a very high quality item I would see at a gym. The bands say they're 75lb of weight each, but I have some doubts about their accuracy. But overall a very valuable workout tool for learning to do pullups.

These are very sturdy and the quality is there. Easy to use, however it's a little tricky figuring out how to step in for the first time. Comfortable, great length as I'm over 6 foot and these work for me.

This is great for getting started into doing pull ups super self explanatory and very good quality i use is almost every day for super sets and it comes in simple colors that don't make you look funny at the gym has 3 bands of 75 pounds that make it great for super sets during back day definitely worth the buy

I use these at the wellness center where I work and at first our participants were hesitant to try them. Some of our fluffy guys thought they might break it, but I told them not to worry and how safe it was and just give it a try. Once they did, they warmed up to it and loved it. The next day they felt the soreness in their forearms and lats, which let me know it was working. I tried it out myself and felt the muscles it targets too. I told them we’ll be using it again next week to help grow those muscles. Strong, comfortable, and worth it for Beginners or to target the lats and forearms.

excellent quality, everything seems to be very solid. I have no worries about it breaking while being used, which was my number 1 concern while looking for something like this.

No trae el gancho para la barra sólo un seguro. Se puede usar pero se dañará la correa mas rápido.
