Q: How do you fold up these chairs?

Usually, we lay down the back of the chair on the sand and give a firm rap with the palm of my hand on the front edge of the seat and this releases it so that it folds down flat. Then, we clip the strap so that it holds the chair in a folded, flat position. Love these chairs!!

Q: Can it be monogrammed?

I suppose if you take the chairs to an embroidery shop, but I think it would be difficult to do with the fabric attached to the frame.

Q: has the quality improved on this? i saw a 2016 model in the reviews that was riped

Very good quality for the price. We used our 2 all summer with no issues
