I rarely write reviews but I had to for this one! I work in a health shop and sell many different supplements, including magnesium. None of them touch this one! I heard about it on a podcast, which I trust on quality information. I am a self confessed health geek so this brand got me interested.I love that it is not synthetic, therefore more available to our cells. It contains ALL the different kinds of magnesium, which no other brand do and there are no nasties in either. Win win all round!I have had sleep issues on and off for years and have been using magnesium as a sleep aid. This one had me off to sleep very quickly and a deeper sleep too. I am delighted with it and will recommend and continue with it.

I tried Bioptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough after success with their MassZymes digestive enzyme pills and the P3-OM probiotics. The quality and care this firm takes comes through, I feel, those are both great products. Magnesium is something I have been taking with Covid in mind and also the general sense that magnesium is needed in so many body functions just as I was bathing in magnesium flakes. I didn't give it much thought after that but recently read Paul Chek, a top holistic health practitioner and instructor, saying how vital magnesium was for sleep and calm and that a good magnesium supplement would have all variations (not the scientific term I am sure) of magnesium in order to maximise benefits. This one does. And after reading what Paul had to say I noticed that yes, I have been sleeping better and feeling calmer since taking it. And so I shall continue to take it. The price is good and I recommend it.

Good brand, recommend, pricey

I can’t say I’ve tried loads of magnesium before, but I did try one other brand and honestly I just missed my BioOptimizers. Maybe it’s the fact this one has so many different types of magnesium in it, but it just feels like it works better. I’d read the reviews before buying and now I get why everyone raves about it — it’s really helped my sleep and routine. Definitely worth the money . I’ve had absolutely no issues using this whatsoever.

This takes the guess work when choosing which type of magnesium to take as it has 7! It’s a bit pricey but worth it I take two every night at bed time and it helps the quality of sleep

Dis the trick.

Bought this product after hearing lots from the makers at bioptismisers on a podcast I listen to. I have always been interested in the benefits of magnesium on the body and have over the years taken many different strengths and types .After listening to the podcast I knew I wanted to take a more complete form of magnesium. You won’t fine a more complete form than this.I suffer from endometriosis, migraines , anxiety and Depression . My endometriosis cause me great pain in my back , pelvis and legs , including restless legs.It had only been I week since I’ve started taking these and I’m already feeling the positive effects I’m my sleep. Falling asleep quicker and not waking up In the night . I am hoping to see more benefits with my pain over time but one this I have noticed is that I haven’t had a migraine or even a headache in the last week so that is definite big thumbs up for me . Will definitely be ordering this brand again.

Ya lo he comprado en varias ocasiones, realmente no noto gran cosa, sí que duermo algo mejor, pero poco más. Aunque como con la mayoría de los complementos o vitaminas es difícil observar mejorías (o a mí me pasa).

Ho testato personalmente Magnesium Breakthrough 4.0 per qualche settimana e devo dire che la differenza si sente. Ho scelto questo prodotto perché contiene sette forme diverse di magnesio, tra cui glicinato, malato, taurato e citrato, tutte molto biodisponibili. Rispetto ai classici integratori con una sola forma, questo sembra essere assorbito molto meglio.L’ho iniziato a prendere principalmente per migliorare il sonno e ridurre lo stress quotidiano, e già dopo pochi giorni ho notato di addormentarmi più facilmente e svegliarmi meno durante la notte. Anche la tensione muscolare è diminuita sensibilmente.Le capsule sono vegane, facili da ingerire e non mi hanno dato alcun fastidio allo stomaco. Inoltre non hanno retrogusto e gli ingredienti sono essenziali e ben selezionati.Se devo trovare un piccolo punto da migliorare, avrei apprezzato riferimenti più chiari alle percentuali delle diverse forme di magnesio utilizzate nella formulazione, così da capire meglio il bilanciamento del complesso.Il prezzo è un po’ superiore alla media, ma dopo averlo provato posso dire che la qualità si nota davvero.Consigliato a chi cerca un magnesio efficace e completo per sonno, stress e benessere generale.
