How can you possibly do a pull up using this bar? The punchbag coupling looks in the way to me.

Well, I did find the same problem, when I wanted to do the pull ups. It's very easy to take the chain from the bag off to use for pull ups. Hope this helps.

Hi you know the part where you have to put 4 screws in. Wont the screws be sticking out because the anchors are too small

The screws are too long for the top plate. Buy some 50mm M8 coach screws instead.

Can this be placed and used outside?
