Carbon ribbon not available for purchase ...Poor after sales service
After sale service is poor than expected. Secondly, the original fitted ribbon got malfunctioned after 2 days of use, while tried to contact customer service, found that ribbon not available for additional purchase. Need to buy in mass qty> 8, Its waste of money. I wouldnt recommed to buy product.

Print on the move
The beauty of this product is - Use of Regular A4 paper. I can take print at my customer's premises any time. Very prompt customer service. Need to know about purchasing spare ribbon. Thanks to Team Sreyansh

It is very handy and easy to use. Print quality is good. Normal paper can also be used for printing.

A big mistake
Not worth buying... Print quality not as good as laser printer... Ribbon also finish quickly...
