Good value
Works nicely as a server for my home movies. But even using lightly in that manner it still gets warm. Wouldn’t want to push it.

Do not buy
Product stinks of burnt plastic under heavy load, warranty is with some Chinese website that looks made by a child. I have lost my money and Amazon don't wanna know after 30 days.

While brilliant for the first few weeks, now half of the time it won’t even turn on
This mini pc is a disappointment. It worked fine the first month and then it went down hill. It started with not even turning on when I pressed the on button, despite the light turning blue (which means on). So I would have to unplug it and plug it in again and then it turns on properly. This now happens once every five times I try to turn it on.So a waste of money

Silent and reliable
Really , really quiet. It runs 24/7 from the day I brought it. It is 2 months now and it is mainly used as a vps. Does the job and it pays for it self. Plus you are certain that nobody ( or almost certain) is looking through your files.Not used for gaming or graphics. I mainly use one resource hungry program and I can say that I am happy with the result.

No UK plug supplied
Update: I contacted the supplier about the missing plug and they immediately despatched one with a tracking number. I can't fault that for good comms. 5 stars from me.I bought the product because I was intrigued about the price, size and specification. First issue was that there wasn't a UK plug adapter. This is SO frustrating. Why is Amazon selling products without a UK plug. Anyway, I had a travel adapter which I am able to use as I didn't want to send it back without testing it. The PC booted without a problem and updated to the current version of Win10 Pro. I was so impressed that I added a 256Gb M.2 SSD and a 128Gb micro SD card. A mounting bracket came with the PC so it is now mounted to the rear of my monitor. Other than the UK plug issue (which is why I dropped a star) this is a brilliant bit of kit.
