Great.
This is pillow supports my neck and smells great forever. The quality is by far the best I’ve seen in a pillow. It firm but not to much and functions like a pair of hands holding your neck. The size is perfect, not too big and not too small. Truly a home run

Pillowcase's Zipper Broke on First Use
This review is for the queen-size pillow CASE. We bought two of them. I slid the first pillow into the case and went to zip it up; I managed to zip the zipper three-quarters shut and then the zipper popped open. The zipper is now 'off track' and there is no way to put it back 'on track.' I contacted the manufacturer to give them the opportunity to remedy this before I left a one-star review, but they have not responded for several days.Don't buy the pillowcases; the zippers are trash.

Not for everyone. Comfortable, but flat.
While this is very cushiony and comfortable, it is a very flat pillow. If you are a two pillow person under your head, this just won't do it. Also, if you turn to your side, even with the slight bump on the if the pillow, your head will still slant downwards because your shoulder blades are taller than the pillow. Good idea but dumb design.

Good firm pillow with neck support, appears to reduce snoring.
It appears that for me it reduces but does not eliminate snoring. It takes a few nights to adjust to the pillow.

Perfect for those who have neck pain
I had my doubts about this pillow, but the first night, I slept my best in a long time without pain in my neck. I put away my old pillow for guest to use!!! HaHaHa! Thanks for good sleep ever since. m

Does not work for sleep apnea.
Does not work for Sleep apnea! I had high hopes for this pillow. But the position it puts your neck actually caused me to have severe heartburn. Unfortunately, it just did not put your neck and head in the proper position to help relieve apneas. Also, smells weird, but I could’ve gotten over that.
