Amazing for squats with a high heel and anti-slip. Perfect value for money.Only problem was the hassle when I had to return them after being sent the wrong size from what I ordered.

Great Pair of lifting shoes, got them to get more power in my squats and other lifts and after a couple of lifts with them they definitely help! However, after a bit of use the sole of them will slip up the shoe to your heel making your toes feel like they are hanging off a cliff. Only happens if you walk in them but its realll annoying when i have to fix the sole after a 2 meter walk to get weights off the rack. Now I am not sure if I am the problem with the shoes maybe I wore them wrong or something and now the sole of the shoe wants to leave the shoe. Either way other than that problem the sizing and fitting are accurate on the table they have and the shoe gives great support to the foot and heel (when the sole doesnt shift) and allows you to get such a stable movement through a squat or other exercises.
