The item is fine and does exactly what it says on the plastic bottle + it's good value for money. I do however have an issue with the delivery, I received a message to say the item "had been handed to the resident" ~ a bit difficult as both the "residents" were 9 miles away in a different town! On our return the package had been left on the doorstep in plain view of anyone walking by the house. There are standing instructions to leave any goods in the garage (the door was left unlocked) if we aren't in and clearly these instructions weren't followed. This is not the first time this has happened and is clearly a problem that Amazon needs to sort out...

These are good for people who have digestive issues- I take them after a meal as I do have problems with trapped air!

This is a sort of preventative medicine / supplement. you arrive at this "solution" further to a very specific odorous issue and so it either helps or it doesn't. I also think that this is a very personal solution that does not fit all. So much depends on what you eat or don't eat and also whether you are reacting to gastric surgery or just to a specific request from your partner to stop making the smell that you are obviously making. Google charcoal as a solution and it comes up as being a good fit. There are lots of others so here is my personal take on the solution. I have been using activated charcoal as a solution since bareatric / gastric bypass surgery in 2011. I still have smelly stools - my shit stinks as they say! Does this stop it - no. Does it make it a bit better - some days yes, some days no. It still comes down to what I am eating of course. Am I better with it or without it - less wind definitely which is better for everyone concerned. Less wind means less "follow through", good for everyone - especially me! Now on to the specifics. These capsules are easy to take - and less messy. It is charcoal after all. So far, none of the capsules has broken in my mouth - trust me that you don't want that to happen. None of the capsules has broken before getting to my mouth which is also a bonus. It is a large capsule but easy to swallow. Would I prefer one rather than two capsules - or even three per serving - yes of course! Does it change the colour of my stool? PLEASE - I really don't look or want to look but that is just me! Are they worth the money? Well there are cheaper on the market but they are also not the most expensive. I don't know if you get what you pay for - these are not tablets that will revolutionise your life. They will not stop a heart attack or start one. They are sort of cosmetic and also a present for your partner. In that these are good - hence 5 stars. The amazon bit - they arrived on time and as stated. The packaging is nice (who cares really but it means that they do not leave charcoal on your hands or white shirt!). Finally, should you buy it? Sorry, cannot tell you the answer to this one but on the days I don't use it or don't use it properly, I know that it is not the most pleasant result for those I work with or live with - and my wife and daughter both know that the dog cannot be blamed for every smell that emanates from behind!

These are so good for stomach problems

I’ve got a stoma and I asked how to get rid of the horrible wee smell she told me to order these charcoal tablets which I did and the smell as got a lot better now.

Nothing to dislike

I have used this products over a few weeks now and I just ordered 4 more for storage, its a great way for health changing, It helped me cleared out my immune system I have been having floating problem and bad bowels movement but this helped me alot by detoxing all the bad stuff

Have only had 3 doses of these tablets but feel much more comfortable
