As an IC ( interstitial cystitis) sufferer, I find that there's nothing like Prelief to help with some of the symptoms I get, especially after ingesting acidic foods. We put our vitamins/supplements for the morning in one of those cases, with the flip tops and name of the day, for two weeks. I take two Prelief, with my vitamins, before I have my morning cappuccino (one of my food pleasures), so don't feel that burning sensation as a result. If I'm eating something that I feel might be a problem, I take two more. I rarely go above four per day, but I could if needed. Prelief is something I keep in my purse--just in case I need it. It's not easy to find on the ground. Love that I can buy a few bottles at a time on Amazon. The price is comparable to other suppliers. This is a personal purchase and I paid full price.

Prelief is the only product that works for bladder symptoms for IC, a condition that mimics the symptoms of a bladder infecton and OAB. My girlfriend has been controlling the acidity in foods with Prelief for over 4 years with great success. I am hapy we can buy it here, because many drug stores do not keep it in stock.

If you have IC - interstitial cystitis - I'd highly recommended this stuff. It really works - at this point, I don't know how I'd live without it. Take 2 or 3 before eating anything acidic. You have to figure out what works for you. But trust me - this is way better than going for lidocaine bladder washes!
