Not bad to take orangey flavour, takes a while to take effect but certainly helps with my bladder control, flow appears to be back to near normal

The big question is. .
Do they work?Well, after having read the side effects on my prescription (Tamurex) from my GP I didn't take them and I decided to try alternative remedies.So, in the same weekend, I did yoga moves and exercises (Google it) and started on these Gummies on Sunday night. They taste OK and from Monday morning through until now Sunday morning I have had more than an 80% improvement in my symptoms. Could I say it was the just gummies? No - but they are certainly worth a try. Good luck guys. .

I have to say my symptoms have gone away since taking this supplement. It’s not for me to say it’s them alone as I’m combining a few but they clearly have done no harm. I would recommend.

A waste of time, in my opinion
If you like having some sweeties in the morning then maybe give these a go, although it's an odd (but not unpleasant) taste that makes anything you eat/drink after taste weird.As for changes in my symptoms after a month of taking them, I'm afraid there weren't any. I don't have benign hyperplasia, according to my doctor, but I do have some symptoms. That's why I hoped these might help because the bar wasn't very high.I really do suspect it's better just to get some zinc tablets and take those, rather than this.Myself, well I'm trying Maca root, Pygeum, and Saw Palmetto. But above all, I'm trying to lose weight and get fit because I think that'll have the biggest impact.

A supplement to assist prostate health
A supplement to assist with prostate health. Not a tablet or some sort of cream, but a gummy, which is easy to use and digest. I have a found that is seems to help a bit, time will tell for me. I do not normally use supplements, so this is a first for me. Watch this space seems appropriate for me.
