I have 2 of this company's product. the small therapy belt and the larger mat. I use both daily, usually at night while watching TV. I have had various injuries and issues and red light really helps with the pain and swelling. The mat is stronger than the therapy belt. But the therapy belt is super versatile. Both are really easy to use. I would recommend using them daily for at least 30 mins for best results

Awesome red light therapy mat. So versatile for any part of the body. Only wish it was about 6 inches wider, it the length is perfect! And the price point is good too for this size of mat. Helps with my aches, paibs and prior injuries. And it warms nicely (not hot) which is an added bonus.

I have found some relief using this on a knee that had surgery. It doesn't totally reduce my pain but makes it much easier to fall and stay asleep. Have to admit it does a good enough job for me to fall asleep in the chair. Which is another good point....the automatic shut off.
