Cheap quality hose, leaky. My worst amazon buy ever. Do not buy. I had a professional plumber install three of these in my 3 bathrooms, I had to return and replace them with new one twice already. Now I replace the hose that I bought from Menards and I have no leaks. The Hot/cold mixer is the only useful part in this. Everything else is junk and need to be replaced with better quality products from a big box store.Yesterday the hose completely broke off and I have flooding in my master bathroom. Luckily we were around, so we could limit the damage.DO NOT BUY !!!

I am changing my review of this unit. The only thing that works with this unit is the hot and cold water mixer. Nothing else works. The pipe for hand shower ruptured in a month. I had to replace with pipe from Home Depot which alone cost 20 dollars and now the hand shower nozzle broke last night. Unbelievable. DO NOT BUY... It looked very promising but now I see it is a Garbage...... DO NOT BUYI have been looking for an item like this for the last 3 years but finally it has arrived better late than never. The unit is very very good. I ordered two of them for my bathrooms and I admit they are as advertised. Follow the temperature guidance.. Leave it at 38C and DO NOT touch. Pro's very quick and efficiently cleanses your baby bottom and no issue after going in for No.1. Here are the issues that I have noticed. Unless you have a separate hot and cold water line running into the unit then the pressure will be a bit too much to handle especially with children. I recommend you lower the water pressure on your sink and toilet lines ( If that is where you are tapping in from to the unit) but it may be that the out flow in your sink and cistern will may be a little slow. I do not have the same issue on my second bathroom as I had planned for it accordingly in advance. You must blank spray a few times for the unit to mix hot and cold water properly before applying on yourself as I have noticed that some times the hot water gushes out by itself. The push nob on the sprayer is very sturdy and I would not recommend parents allowing children to use them unsupervised. My only issue is that out of the two units one of the sprayer is dripping water and it did do so overnight. It may very well be the unit itself and I will be contacting the seller on that matter. Overall a very very very good buy. One recommendation I would add is that if you do put the unit with your sinks hot water and your toilets cold water line add a separate nob to you can control the water flow. Happy Washing. :)

-I first used it around the 20th of August. I had to buy $25 worth of things and get someone to install it.-At first use, we noticed dripping at the head and hose. After overnight of dripping there was like 1 foot square of water puddled on my bathroom floor. So, I placed the head in the tube and didn't mind the drips from the hose line because it encouraged me to wipe my bathroom floors more often (1/day). I was going to write a review or contact sooner but didn't have time and really didn't mind the dripping much.-What made me write this review today is when it burst at the handel base. Good thing it was in the tub at the time.-Return policy says it has to be unused to return. I want a return, a refund or a replacement.

Price had come down a lot on these and they work great

It leaked from the sprayer in multiple places out of the box. I tried tightening a few things and it stopped, so I left the water on. Last time I checked on it, it had flooded the bathroom and leaked down to the floor below. Wouldn't trust any of the fittings on this.

The temperature control is the only thing that works.I installed the product and found that the hose was leaking. Then i got the product replaced witha new one and again the same issue.It was too much of a hassle. I had to return it. Gotta have to find something else.

It doesn’t have proper instructions and I opened the box and there were missing parts so I want to return it.
