Wow, that's... something
I want to call this cheap junk. I own a lisle version of this kind of caliper compressor and have bought others for friends. I gave this a shot for $20 because I thought I could use a cheap one for home and it comes with caliper hanger hooks... but man is this thing cheap. First I tried to run it out and back in with just hand pressure and it felt like it was binding and going back in it make high pitch squeaky noises. Fine, I can grease it. Then I held it up and realized the metal is spread apart and the ratchet pieces are sitting cock-eyed in the frame. I'm not going to fix it or even attempt too. Just going to use it as is til it falls apart.
