Large jug / bad delivery experience
Update on review!!I would like to request to be contacted by the seller, please.I could not find an option for contacting the seller.The second time when I poured water into the jug, the glass bottom part separated itself and the water leaked everywhere. Now the jug is in two piece: the main part and the the bottom part.At first the product was as good as expected: great, large jug.There was a problem with the delivery as the driver just left the parcel outside my door and submitted that he handed it to me when I wasn’t even at home. If it wasn’t for my next door neighbour taking the box in -because he knew I was out and it was raining-, it could have been easily just taken/ stolen by anyone. I know this has not a lot to do with the product itself but there was no option to say this issue on the delivery review.

Luna Ravenhead Hiball Glasses.....
Secure and prompt delivery, nothing broken. Genuine article. Purchase to replace an accidentally broken glass. Very nice to drink out of, stable base, simple but beautiful design.

A superb product at a very good price
These are the glasses that I prefer for every day use.They fit in the hand very well and the shape enables a secure grip on the glass.I do prefer thin wall glasses to drink from and they are perfect for me.

Excellent jug if you are not seeking something to hold hot liquid.
It is beautiful and looks sturdy but it broke when hot water was poured in.

Not sturdy and not durable cracked after 11 days of use
The seller fails to mention that this jug can only be used with cold drinks. Which makes the 'sturdy and durable' description a bit of a joke. I used it for warm drinks and it cracked 11 days after delivery, when asked for a refund I heard back that 'this jug is not designed for hot beverages so your claim is not valid at all'. Would have been nice to mention this in the product description, wouldn't it? Thought I'd mention it for them to spare some of you the disappointment. It's cheap so not a big issue but not worth the hassle.
