Ingredient for homemade apricot liqueur
Very good rock sugar that has been successfully used for making homemade apricot liqueur. Mixing with dried apricots and grain alcohol the rock sugar releases sweetness very gradually over about a month. Result very good.

I bought this because I need the product for a recipe I wanted to do. Could not find it in the local shops so decided to try Amazon, worked well in the recipe. So I am pleased. Thanks for your service
