Not all SDs are compatible, but worked great with a newer one
Original 3 Star review. Because I was only able to get it to work on regular USB with an older SD card.UpdateI can’t change to 5 stars because it only partially worked with my original SD card. I did buy a newer SanDisk SD card after I noticed others didn’t have the same issue. The newer card worked great. I was able to backup 7GB of photos and video (2900 files) from my iPhone to an SD card in 15 minutes. There is an app you have to install, but I got the prompt the first time I used the device. I also liked that it did not time out while backing up. I’ve had that issue in the past with a Western Digital backup app.

You need one of these!
I received this today, and it is the best! Compact in size, but it works on multiple platforms. I can take it with me, and when I want to upload or download photos on to a phone, tablet, or computer (of different devices), I can!!!

Easy to use!
This was super easy to use and allowed me to easily access the photos from my DSLR camera.
