Caught a nice bass
Had one of these in the water with a worm on it while I casted with my other rod. Reeled it in and there was a bass on it!

#1/0 Hook- 1/5 oz liked the idea of being able to use the snap on my spider wire line, making it easy, put a drop shot on. First one out of that bag I hook into a -3 lb black bass close to the boat, just as I reach down to lip it the line broke off right at the hook. Was very disappointed it that. at 16 lb test I wouldn't have thought that, but it is monofilament. Would be a great product if it was a braded line. Great idea, just wish I could trust it for bigger fish.

Less Rigging, More Fishing
These are good quality, plug and play drop shot rigs. Just attach one on to your line, add bait and your fishing. For those who do not like to tie knots and carry tippet spools, hooks etc., these will be a great solution.

Absolutely as described!
hese drop shots are absolutely as described. They are ready to go with a barrel swivel and their own leader. They are not metal leaders, so keep that in mind. I'd like them to be a tad higher from the weight and have a little lead off the main line, but honestly that is me being super picky. Overall, a great product.

The fishing line used is of poor quality. It breaks at the slightest hint of tension - even when tying it to the mainline.Poor value. Poor quality.

nice rigs, but I wish the weights weren't lead
I really like the pretied rigs - I hate trying to tie rigs while out in the kayak - however here in the northeast many states have banned lead weights when freshwater fishing due to high loon mortality rates from lead ingestion.So i am using the rigs with a tungsten sinker

Well-Constructed, Good Components, Line Could be Stronger
I got these drop shot rigs in #1/0 to use with some plastic grub bodies I already had; the swivels, hooks, swivel sinkers are very good and the space between sinker and hook allows the bait to be visible a good distance off the bottom. I do worry about the ubiquitous snags in all of the fishing areas near me, because the line test is only 16lb, which might break easily while trying to unsnag the sinker or hook. I do like these rigs, but will be saving them for visits to less cluttered lakes. Great product!
