This heating pad is AMAZING! I have chronic right hip pain and I’ve been using an ancient heating pad. Finally decided it was time for a new one and after research bought this one. It’s really nice and super soft. It heats up fast and the heat stays constant. I really enjoy the controls. There’s 6 heat settings and also timers from 30min to 120min. Which is nice at bedtime. There’s a cord from the heating pad to the controller, then a cord from the controller to the plug, which makes it easy to change settings when you’re already fixed up. Great size too! It goes all the way from my waist almost to my knee and it’s big enough to wrap around my leg somewhat to stabilize it. It also can run the entire length of my back (I’m an average size and weight woman, 5’6” and 145 lbs). Came packaged well, no smell. Highly recommend!

Met all expectations. Good quality heating pad, soft, versatile size and shape. Multiple heat and auto shut-off time settings. Appears durable and good value for the money.

It’s thin and light but does the job. Easy to adjust settings. It’s a good heating pad. The material is soft and you don’t feel the coils. Nice long cord.

Works well. Gets hot on maximum setting fairly quick for 30 minutes or as needed. Shuts off when complete. Wish the cord was longer. The cord a bit on the short side so you need to find a close outlet nearby to sit near so you can control the settings. Size adequate but would have been nice if longer to wrap around hips and thighs. Fair price made well except for cord too short. Coverage comes up short.

I was hesitant to buy one as I'm used to the old school types that have the plasticky material . my mom turned me on to these and it was love from day 1. I've purchased 2 in different sizes so far. one it's light , it gets super warm so be careful putting it at max. the auto shut off lets you customize you time at that heat session. the material is so soft and comfy you can even lie your head on it and it's so relaxing . the pad washes very well too and it's just nice you can bend it and put it pretty much everywhere. I suffer from HS and the absesses at times benefit from hot compresses but the water and changing it etc gets a bit much when you're already on pain and tired. I prefer this size because it covers more area . strong quality product!!

Excellent and heavy heating pad. It's not "heavy" in the sense that it's hard to move or pick up, but the weight addition to this heating pad made it much more effective than other pads that I've used over the years. The instructions it comes with are generic and the warnings tell you not to do exactly what most people want to do - I bought it for back and shoulder issues and it specifically says not to lay on top of it, which I ignored. It doesn't get super hot when it's just sitting on you but I think it's probably warm enough to ease tense muscles. I have only used setting 6 (highest) and found that it put out enough heat to be extremely helpful. The weight helps press the heat into your body when it's just laying on top of you. The control module is simple and has only 4 buttons. The screen is bright and easy to read, and the buttons feel durable. The entire cord is long enough, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the controller is going to sit in a comfortable place or be within reach depending on where your outlets are and where you are using the pad. There's about a 2 foot length of cord between the controller and the pad itself which I found to be useful to be able to place the heating pad wherever I wanted without automatically having the controller somewhere inconvenient. The whole pad seems durable and works well. It's a large enough size that it covers all the aches and pains at once. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love this heating pad! It’s so lightweight, easy to maneuver. Super soft, small, and works great on my lower back. Heats up really warm. I used a level 5 at first (was too hot for me), then turned it down to a 4. I love it! I can wrap my bad knee too! Highly recommend getting one! Beautiful color!!

I bought this to use in my recliner to help my back pain. Not only is this simple to use but it is very effective for pain relief with both heat and timer settings on a single control pad. Another big advantage of this model is that the control pad is set in the cord such that it will sit very conveniently on the seat of the chair - no bending or stretching involved. It appears to be very well constructied, flexible and durable. Just the right size to cover the entire lumbar back region.
