As someone who has a very sensitive stomach with a history of ulcers, Bronson's Magnesium Glycinate formula is fantastic. Unlike multiple other brands I have tried online and retail, this is by far the gentlest on my sensitive stomach. The Magnesium Glycinate formulation is chelated for enhanced absorption. My doctor indicated I was low on magnesium and recommended I also take it in the evening to help me sleep. Compared to other brands, the calming and sedative effect was enhanced by it being chelated for high absorption. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but it is nice that this supplement is for those who are. I don't have a gluten or soy allergy, but this supplement is. I am impressed with the high absorption and effectiveness for my needs. Tablet size is average and easy to swallow. I was actually impressed to see a customer service email address and phone number on the bottle. I take a number of supplements from other brands and wasn't able to find contact information. I don't know if I would ever use it, but it is nice to see a brand that offers support. I got these in my third trimester because I was experiencing frequent leg cramps and they worked amazingly and immediately! I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night with leg pains ever! It worked like a night and day difference. I am so grateful for them as I was losing so much sleep and had prolonged soreness from the cramping. I compared prices to the stores and these were the best price. Also, they are a general pill capsule size so they aren’t hard to swallow, and don’t have a weird smell or taste.

I take this with 5mg of Melatonin and sleep like a baby through the whole night. It calms you without any side effects or morning grogginess. No irritation to the tummy.

With great hesitancy, I ordered this product after I saw someone on social media recommending it for sleep and because it was gentle on your stomach. I want order from unknown sites so I looked on Amazon and saw they had it here, so I ordered it. I've had a sleeping disorder for years and using a medication I haven't been able to get off of. I also have tried other Magnesium products that my stomach can't tolerate. I can say with all honesty that this product truly works as I have been able to get off of my medication.
