Q: Does this thermometer turn red when there is a fever?

Yes but this thermometer is a waste of money. It’s completely inaccurate. I’m a paramedic on an ambulance I compared the temperature findings of this device with the ER thermometers on the same patients I used it on to the results of the ER’s device on those patients and this thermometer is completely false. Downright dangerous if you trust the results. Fevers that read as normal and normal readings read febrile.

Q: Can it be used to measure temperature of limbs such as legs and feet?

Yes - set for "Body". I took readings off my legs, arms, hands and feet. Make sure to follow the instructions re: give the thermometer a few seconds to reset between readings.

Q: will it measure feet and limb temperatures?

It will measure the temperature of what ever you aim it at. I'm just not sure the surface temp of feet or limbs would be a good indicator of the person's body temp.
