I have to say that this is a pretty impressive smart watch for about 15% of the cost of my last smart watch. My last smart watch was unable to take blood pressure, but this one does and seems to do an ok job at it. I did buy a different band for$7 as the rubber one that was on the watch irritated me. I expected this as it was the same with my expensive smart watch. I did not expect that it would sink with my expensive smart phone. Again it does a pretty good job at that with most of the data being transferred directly into my Health app. It was definitely worth the money so far. I ran a 10K race and the times, pace and heart rate were all accurate. The app is not as smooth as my expensive watch, but it seems to work well enough. One of the biggest problems with my expensive watch is that I have broken 3 different watch faces over the past 10 years. I try to be gentle but at $400 per watch it hurts when I crack them being active, but I buy them to wear when I am active. I can wear this and not be worried about if I happen to break it while using it. The battery seems to last about 4 days which is 4 times longer than my expensive watch. I have been recommending them to everyone I can! This is my favorite Amazon purchase of the past 12 months!

I have had mine for about a week. I Love how easy and fast it was to connect to my phone. The app is so easy to navigate.I am on a health kick and the fitness tracker and sleep tracker helps me tremendously to keep on track. Tracks your fitness and counts steps pretty accurately.The blood pressure monitor is useless - even after providing reference values, the readings do not track with real blood pressure - just gives same basic reading no matter what - not even useful to warn of extremes! BP monitor simply does not function - readout is meaningless.The call feature works well, the screen is bright, and the battery lasts several days.If you want a fitness watch that offers a lot of functionality, this is a good choice, especially for the price. If you want blood pressure readings, this, unfortunately, is not even close to the mark. Still got 5 stars since the CS are very supportive.

Overall, a good product. It does everything as advertised. It monitors a number of bodily functions continuously and accurately. However, the icons that control all of the functions are a bit small. One thing that bothers me the most is the countdown timer which I use for a variety of activities from cooking to meditation. When the time expires, the watch gives a single short vibration. If you were not anxiously waiting for the time to expire, you can miss the vibration. A series of two or three short vibrations would be better. As for the activities it monitors, you have a wide range to choose from, and they can be activated on the watch. I like that activities can be added to the list displayed on the watch. However, it would be better if activities could also be removed so you only see the things you actually do rather than have to scroll through the lengthy list. As stated, it is a good product for its price point with many functions and options. The improvements suggested would make the watch even better.

I’ve been using this smartwatch for a few days now mainly to track my daily steps, heart rate, and sleep and notifications . The setup was straightforward with my phone, and the app is easy to navigate. It syncs data reliably and gives me a quick overview of my activity without being too complicated. The screen is clear, touch response is decent, and I like that there are many dial styles to choose from. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. I haven’t tested the waterproof claim in a pool, but it’s handled hand-washing and rain just fine. For casual fitness tracking and notifications, this watch does the job wellAnd durability battery

I bought the silver HM57 FITVii with metal band on March 22, 2025 and immediately loved the watch especially the sleep monitor. In late May the watch detached from the wrist band when I put my hand into a tight fitting pants pocket. A small piece of plastic had chipped off where the pin attaches the band to the watch case so the band would not remain attached. I contacted customer service ([email protected]) via email and received a responce within minutes. They were very cordial and asked for my order number from amazon and a photo of the damaged area. I replied with 2 photos containing the information requested and within one day a new watch was on the way via amazon logistics. I expected that I would need to send the watch in for repair or replacement of the case but was very pleased to receive a new replacement watch with only a few days of not being able to use the watch. The support team was amazing in their clear and speedy communication. I would highly recommend doing business with this vendor.

I love this watch. It has so many more features than I originally thought. Not only does it track health (B/P, pulse, blood oxygen) but it also tracks sleep, fitness (calories, steps etc), it reminds you to get up and move around when sitting too long and even to drink water etc.You can also receive messages, make calls, listen to music etc. This watch looks fashionable and is definitely a cost effective option. The display is crystal clear and so is the sound. Very happy

The media could not be loaded. At first I was loving the watch, battery life is great for me however… every time I get my steps in and a notification pops up on my watch and I decline, it pushes my steps a thousand steps back which irritates me so much . I do think it is inaccurate when it comes to my steps though because I count just to see and it’s not what I counted. Also please DO NOT go swimming with this smart watch even though it says waterproof. It will stop working immediately. I thought it was ok to swim with it on because it says waterproof and has a sports push notification for swimming which times you and stuff while swimming just as if you were running. I wanted to love this watch so bad but after I worked hard for my steps and it set me back 1000 steps… I was DONE I’m so mad lol I stopped working out but other than that I love the design and size of the smart watch.
