These crossovers are designed for 16-ohm drivers, so don't use them for lower impedances, even if mentioned otherwise in the product description in the listing, as they will not work as expected. Midrange band pass frequencies are designed for cutoffs between 1kHz and 5.4kHz (kinda strange, as it covers a little bit more than 2 octaves, rather than 3 or 3.4 octaves usually seen in other good bandpass filters). High range frequency cutoff is 5kHz, slightly lower than the higher frequency for midrange, which might cause some undesirable superimposition effects, but this can be easily sorted replacing the 2x 1.0uF (2.0uF altogether) film capacitors by a 1.82uF equivalent capacitor. Low range inductor will not work as low pass filter as its value is too low for expected cutoff at 1kHz (0.47mH instead of 2.42mH in theory) assuming the lower frequency of the midrange values - it cuts off at 5.4 kHz instead... Despite the weaknesses, it is very well built device, and the values of the components were surprisingly within 1% within nominal/commercial values. Some adjustment in production line could make this crossover to become a great product at a very affordable price.

Bought to replace in a set of Nuance rear surround towers. The original crossovers in them were about 4"x8" and these one's are about 1/3 that size. Still made a big difference in the operation of the speaker, now they have a balanced sound, not with one louder than the other as it was before, and the sound seems to be clear and clean. Pretty dang good for the price even if they only last a couple years. Connections clearly marked and easy to solder to with a fine tip and steady hands

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Impressed! No distortion! Perfect for my DIY Bluetooth box. You will have to solder wires on these which was fine for me. If you don’t own solder equipment, you should get a different one.
