Replacing defective stair unit can’t rate until I install the replacement
I didn’t like the idea that they wouldn’t send a replacment for the defective unit until I returned the original defective one left me without working stairs and I have second thoughts about doing business with someone who doesn’t trust me to return the original unit what am I going to do with a defective one they delivered the replacement suposeably to my house in the country with no time to return it if this one is defective not the best way to do bussiness
