Design Defect. Dangerous!
Product is defective. Danger, this piece of crap can burn your house down. It does not prevent overcharging, allowing the cell voltage to increase beyond the limit, which can cause overheating and eventually combustion. It also does not balance the cells which agravates the problem. It's not that this specific unit has a problem, it is a design defect. It should be taken off the market. You wonder how ebikes catch on fire? You are looking at the cause. I am an engineer with 25 years experience, yes it was hooked up correctly, and tested extensively. You can check ebike forums for verification on what I am saying. The unit has a QC sticker on it which indicates to me they know it is defective, either that or they don't test anything and put a phony Quality Check label on it. I wish I could sue the company for my damaged battery and lost time. At least I can warn others. Don't be fooled by the slick marketing and fancy website of this scam company. Don't Buy! Your life may depend on it.

Percentage drops over time
Works great.Percentage remaining drops by about 8-10% per day when trickle charging, with no drop in voltage. Eventually it hits zero. This is an algorithm problem, the cells are fine and keep their voltage.

24V 100A BMS without active balancer works as designed
The media could not be loaded. Very small size BMS ideal for tight applications. Tested low and high temp disconnect and low and high cell voltage and battery voltage. It worked. It does not have active balancer so ideal for matched cells that only need top balance. Easy to install and ideal if you want to connect your own cables to it with ring connectors. All settings can be changed through Bluetooth however I only mess with cell voltage disconnect and temp disconnect settings. I have now 4 Daly BMS and all connect to the app very well when battery is active if not a short tab on Bluetooth button activates it. Hope this helps!

it is a BMS
Does what it has to do, I only use it for 50% of the capacity

Good BMS and good seller
I have had an earlier model of this BMS for three years and have had zero problems. I decided to get this updated model for a new battery pack and it is working well too. Initially, I ordered the version without Bluetooth, but the seller was easy to communicate with and quickly refunded my money so that I could order the correct part.

Voltage measurements good, current all over the place
The media could not be loaded. I bought the 200A version and the LCD touchscreen to go with it as well. I built a 16s pack from EVE LF280K batteries and the sense lead harness is a bit short to reach the cells at the second half so I had to extend those. This BMS shows individual and total pack voltage fine, but when the pack is being charged or discharged the reported currents are all over the place. For example I have my inverter set for a 40A constant charge, and the readings it returns are anywhere from 5-83A on each successive update, in both the app and on the LCD. I also had a fairly stable 1kW load on the inverter and I was getting similar discharge current reports. The only current report that it does well is 0 amps.I plan on contacting DALY about this since I don't want to deal with returning the modified sense harness that I put a lot of work into and it otherwise seems to work.

BMS works, balance sucks, app is terrible.
I will be returning this BMS. My no-name from Alibaba is far easier to use and configure and the app is much better. Also this BMS doesn't have a separate charge input, so when the unit is 'full' and disconnects the battery, anything connected may be exposed to full charger voltage (solar, battery charger, whatever). The balancing function seems subpar and the app is so confusing/unclear as to what's actually going on that I sought out another unit to try on this pack (110Ahr LiFePO4).The BMS needs to be woken up via a button press on the bluetooth/WiFi module if it has sat for too many hours...which makes me feel like it just tagged on there and not properly integrated. My no-name BMS systems have no such need for a wake intervention (and don't have standby battery draw that is significant). If I had got this for free, I'd probably find a use for it somewhere but having paid money for it, I'll send it back. Also note that the connector for an external UART/RS485 screen is the smaller version and won't connect to the screen's native connector if you have a straight-across cable. I was going to search one out but honestly the 'fuel gauge' in the app is useless anyway.
