I love this eye pillow! It works better than any other and the dry eye relief is far superior to the electric or disposable eye masks. I use this a few times a day for MGD/dry eye and eye strain from screens. The heat is consistent and soothing. It helps me so much that I have been able to stop using eye drops, which were expensive and wasteful. I prefer this pillow to the eyemasks with a headband that often dig into the nose and head. The beads are nicely weighted and stay warm for longer than the Bruder clay bead masks and any of the flax/lavender masks I have tried. The cover is very soft. It does not remove for washing so I heat it on a paper towel in a clean microwave. If you want to remove the big tag be careful to trim it outside the seam! Otherwise you'll have beads everywhere. I was able to do this no problem. I thought the price was a bit high but now that I've been using it I realize it is totally worth it.

Well-made product, I like that it is designed to fit on the eye area to direct the heat where it is needed. The fabric is soft and feels good on your skin. It does take a bit to get the eye mask heated but it seems to hold the heat and gets hot enough to effectively heat the oil glands. For those of you searching for a product to help with dry eye syndrome I recommend this one.

Came with a unsewn seam. I should have returned it but I didn't. I told myself I'd sew it but still haven't.

I love this product, it soothes the eyes after a long, hard day. I loved this item so much that I purchased one for my mom. She uses it more than I do and was impressed
