This ice pack fits good, stays in place and comes with 2 gel packs that can be used for warm and cold therapy. The velcro extension makes it versatile for family use. It is very comfortable, flexible and it moves with you.

I like that it fits comfortably around the waist whether you have a large or small body frame. The adjustable straps are wonderful. It actually comes with two ice packs so you always have a spare and there's always one in the freezer whenever you need it. You take it out of the freezer and put it inside of the belt carry pack so that it is not in direct contact with your skin That's another great touch. It is comfortable and it is cold without causing frostbite on your body. I would recommend this product.

This is great for me. It concentrates the cold directly on my lower spine where my pain is. If you have muscle soreness in you lumbar it also gets those as well. My need is to the spine and I don't mind the extra coldness. With 2 pads I can keep them both frozen and do a good long session before needing to refreeze them. I really like that if I need to get up and move around I don't have to worry about them falling off or any need to reset the pad. The pad itself is very large and covers a good area of my lumbar. The belt is plenty large but comes with a nice extension if you need that. Quality is excellent as well. Price is great also.Great product! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

This attachable ice pack belt is great to use on your lower back so you can be hands-free and ice an aching lower back. It comes with two ice packs, so you can always keep one in the freezer as backup. The ice easily slips into the sleeve of the belt. The material is comfortable and there is an extension piece if needed. I use this belt daily to provide back comfort. I would give it five stars, but I wish the ice pack would stay frozen a bit longer. Other than that, I really like this product for its versatility, portability and comfort.

Ice packs last longer than others, XL was bigger than expected, but comfortable and easy to use.

I have been using the ice packs quite a bit this past week and I'm so happy!! I LOVE the wrap that it velcros to any point you stick it to (not just a designated section) I love the shape of the wrap it covers a wide area of your back. And it comes with an extender to fit almost any size. The gel pack is durable so far, has lil circular sections to help it cool and freeze faster so you can use it in a quicker time frame. the longer you leave it in the freezer the more it will freeze so it will last longer out of the freezer. The only thing I don't care for is the company name being so big on the wrap (id be happier with half or third the current size) I feel like a walking billboard... But otherwise my back thanks you for such a great piece!!

I’ve been looking for this product. It’s wonderful for back pain! This is a wonderful design and it works very well. Its great for relief of pain and allows you to carry on with everyday life. You can use heat or ice for your pain and comes with two pads. I’m very pleased with this product and recommend it for anyone with chronic back pain or pulled muscles.

Used only for a day and only for icing at this point, but so far so good. The patient (post-lumbar surgery) reports that the ice pack is easy to adjust to fit and comfortable to wear. The gel inserts do not take up much room in the freezer, retain cold well, and are easy to slip in and out of the wrap.
