Spectacular and informative read
I rarely read non fiction. But I am very glad that I read this particular book.As a corporate employee, I had heard about L&T. But it’s a shame that I didn’t know about the history of this company and how much it has helped our country to develop. And it’s more shame that I hadn’t heard about A.M. Naik, the legendary leader who expanded the horizon of L&T in an unimaginable way.Firstly, I just loved the way each chapter was structured. One subject in one chapter made reading very easy for me. Also, I appreciate that the authors have also gone ahead and mentioned other books based on AM Naik. And the writing was impeccably perfect, not one I felt bored while reading this book.I leant a lot from this book. I learnt that perspective matters. I learnt that no matter how successful you are, you should keep learning. I also learnt that Nation Building is our duty, we as an individual should try our best to do something for our motherland. And I learnt about the ambitious, talented and insightful leader of L&T, Mr A.M. Naik. I realised that your vision is something that will help you and your company reach greater heights.I did feel that this book was more about L&T and less about A.M. Naik at places. But I am not complaining because it was great to gain insights into L&T.After reading this book, I have this sudden urge to read about the history of other organisations too. All thanks to this informative and beautiful book. Will recommend this book to everyone who wants to grow themselves and also be a part of overall growth of our country.

Inspiring
This is the story on a young engineer, recruited in Larsen and Toubro, who with his hardwork and dedication went on to become the chairman of the company . Leaders are born... not made..... holds good for Naik whose life will inspire the future generations. The book is well organized with small chapters that can be finished easily. Also the anecdotes are noteworthy. Well narrated and researched, this book serves as a guide to be a good leader. Overall a good book...

From Engineer to Nation-Builder!
A. M. Naik: The Man Who Built Tomorrow" is an awe-inspiring tale of determination, passion, hard work, and endurance. It gives an amazing insight in to the lifestyle of A. M. Naik, not just as a corporate leader but as a person who has created more than one world—of business, industry and social work. This biography goes past the boardroom, revealing the man in the back of the success and the unwavering dedication that has driven him for the duration of his adventure.Recalling the events in a chronological order the book elaborates on A M Naik's transformation from a promising engineering graduate to an industrialist. The author admired his exceptional qualities like his incomparable will power and devotion to work. The unwillingness that drove Naik was evident in every facet of his existence. The portion couching the erstwhile as the central impetus for the narrative — leadership, courage, cannot be done away with. Priya Kumar and Jairam N Menon have successfully captured the facts about the man from the small beginnings all the way up to the hard work and determination that propelled him to greatness. The language is simple and lucid so as to break down even the more intricate principles of business contained in the narrative. The book is also partitioned quite well as a number of chapters speak of Naik’s professional achievements and other chapters relate to his biography. The honesty of the depiction of Naik’s success and struggles is its asset although at some points, appreciation of Naik’s character borders on extremism. All in all, this biography will attract those who long for the business leadership, corporate career, and who appreciate hard work and endurance!

Inspirational ❤️
When I started reading The Man Who Built Tomorrow, to be really honest I was expecting a typical biography but I was totally wrong because this book is so much more.It takes you on a beautiful journey through the incredible life of A.M. Naik,The Man who was capable of transforming Larsen & Toubro into a global powerhouse. The story unfolds with utmost raw honesty, giving us sufficient detailing on the challenges, sacrifices, and vision of AM Naik who shaped not just a career, but a remarkable legacy. What striked me most was the personality of Naik that is his humility, unshakeable drive and passion for work and the relationships he built along the journey of his life.Written by Priya Kumar and Jairam N. Menon, the narrative is very engaging and inspiring from the very beginning to the end , giving us insights on what it truly takes to build an empire by one decision, one sacrifice at a time. The chapters are short and make the readers hooked throughout the book. One thing that impressed me was the quotes that was provided in each chapter. It gave me a sense of motivation and inspiration that I’m going to remember forever. At last this book isn’t just another story of a corporate success but instead it’s about resilience, perseverance, hard work, passion, and the power of believing in something bigger than yourself. It teaches us the importance of having all these qualities and how we can achieve changes by incorporating these qualities in our life.Towards the ending of the book, I wasn’t just admiring Naik’s professional achievements, but I was deeply drawn towards his indomitable spirit and unwavering dedication which is not a common thing that we see nowadays. If you’re someone who is looking for a book that will inspire you to the core then this one is a must-read!I strongly recommend this book to all book readers. You’ll love this.Happy Reading 📚
