So far so good
11000 btu 110v DIY install. Unit arrived in 2 boxes. Both arrived at the same time. Wired to 110/120v 20A industrial outlet and plug with the plug on a 20A breaker. Instructions could be better. Doesn't have a template for installing the inside unit so you will have to measure. Use a 2.5in bit for the hole in the wall. The pipe they supply to go in the wall hole will be too small if you use the suggested 70mm bit. Doesn't suggest a wire awg. Used 10/2 wire for power. Not enough insulation tape to wrap all 16 feet of line unless u use the tape very very sparingly. Flairs on the refrigerant lines are fine. Used Nylog Blue to help with the seal. Lines vac pumped fine. No leaks. Condenser was pre charged with 200lbs of refrigerant. Condenser is not that big and also very quiet. WiFi seems to work fine. Fan blows strong from the inside unit. Air blows cold when on cooling mode. Unit drains fine. So far no pump needed with this unit to help drain the water.Seems to be a decent value for the money. Install is rather easy if you are a little handy. Can be done in a day.

Fairly complex DIY installation.
Complex installation. The instructions are clear, but brief. I had to buy a vacuum manifold, a micron gauge, a refrigerant scale, and a bottle of refrigerant. Still, I saved a lot of money. It took me several weeks to install. I had to add 25 ft of tubing. The unit is used to cool my office, which runs hot because I have three computers running all the time. Because of this I bought the 22,000 BTU version to ensure enough cooling. The hardest part was dealing with mounting 41 ft of tubing on the 9 ft basement ceiling. I bought a platform ladder, which made me feel more secure. I am 83 years old and have a bad knee, so this turned out to be a good investment.I finished the installation on the last day of summer! The unit is quiet and works well. My office will need air conditioning until the end of November. For a couple of months I will need to run it in heat mode. My 400 sq ft office is in a corner of my basement that has no outside windows because of a wrap around porch.Because of the weight of the inside unit and the outside unit, I had to get help from my teenage grandson with the lifting.I like the sweeping motion of the horizontal and vertical deflectors. The controller is easy to use. It also works well with the wifi app. This would have been an easy installation if I was younger.

Super Cool!
This unit is great. The outdoor unit is small and super quiet. The air is super cool coming out. I have it mounted in a bedroom on the second floor. It cools the entire 2nd floor with two additional bedrooms on it if I leave the door open when running. 115v unit does not use a lot of electricity. Have not used it for heat yet as its been summer. I did turn it on just to check the heat and it seemed to work properly. I would recommend this 100%. Only problem I ran into was I cannot get the app connected to my phone. Something about changing your GHZ on your modem. It comes with a remote so Im good with that. Great Product would buy again.

Great value, quiet, works very well
This was purchased for use in an additional room recently added to our home. So far, we are extremely pleased with the performance and how quiet it is as well as the great price.

So far works great
We mainly bought this for backup heat in the winter time we live in north west pa but used the AC a bit in the summer and it cooled down the place very well but wanted to wait untill it cooled down to do a review. It's been colder where I live for a few weeks now and it's been working great the fan is so quiet you don't even realize it's on, the variable speed setting is a nice feature with the multi direction osculation spreads the air out nicely, installation was easy my only complaint was no template to mark the hole and mounting location had to transfer measurements from the bracket to the wall and that took alot longer than it should of. I mean for the extra couple cents be easy to print out a template and throw it in the box to make installation easier on people I see alot of comments on here about this and it does make it frustrating.

No wall templates
Be prepared if you purchase this product, they will not provide the wall templates to know where to drill the wall for the pipe to go outside. I contacted the manufacturer direct, and they will not provide the needed information.

Works Great
I followed unofficial sizing recommendations and went 10% above suggested BTU’s (south exposure, Nevada high desert, summer temps in the mid 90s). Glad I did. This 22k btu unit chills 980 sq ft without strain. It’s quiet inside and out- even on the hottest days. I had to get an HVAC guy to test and evacuate it ($200), but no extra refrigerant was needed.I installed it myself, and if I would give Della any suggestions it would be to get better technical writers. The manual is straight-up Chinglish. Some steps needed to be guessed. Also, there isn’t enough “insulating tape” included to wrap even the shortest 16 ft hose.Overall, a satisfying deal. I was convinced to go with Della when I noticed a local convenience store using what appears to be the same head unit. This is in a 2000 or so sq ft retail store. The owner said he’d used it 24/7 for a couple years without problems.

Seems to be worth the money.
Installed today. I'm a dyi person with a lot of years of refrigeration experience. Unit seems to be of good quality, outside condenser very quiet. I am running on turbo mode inside to pull temperature down but im sure it will be quiet on other modes. line set was nice and fittings mated well, vacum pumped it down and held very well. the only negative thing i would say is the line coming off the unit will flatten quickly when bending so just take you time and bend it a little at a time. Unit seems to be doing a great job. installation and instructions were clear, not like the last one i installed 2 months ago that was an aciq brand from hvac direct. instructions were not clear, ( luckily i have knowledge in electrical and figured it out), compressor was getting loud and not keeping up cooling. After arguing with customer service for a week and initiating all conversations, they finally agreed to give me 70% of my money back. I will try to update this review later. I dont anticipate any trouble.
