We used this product for a sizable leak in our back porch that we've been fighting for a long time. My husband found it easy to work with and liked that it stays some what flexible. So far it's worked very well!

Got my package 4 days early so stoked. They even drew a picture on the inside of the box. What a great company.

We have a large sun room with a metal roof that leaked for years at various seams and screw punctures. Tried using standard asphalt patch, but the Florida sun bakes it to a cracked mess very quickly. This stuff covered the cracked asphalt patches and fixed every leak we had - and there were MANY. Can't recommend it enough. It's been over a year now and no leaks have recurred, even through torrential downpours. It's not cheap, but it will fix your leaks once and for all. It can be built up to cover irregular joints too.

I bought this for my mom. We hired the best workers. They washed, and scrubbed. They used four of theGACO company products. They waited for weather to be just right, and it even rained that day a few hoursafter GACO PATCH dried. ALL OF THE ROOF was patched. They many called it a gator roof. Today, even 2years later there are no leaks and the state is FLORIDA. GACO page has more materials. Many say lies on thestuff. IT = is because roofers do not want the best product to be used. They want the person to replace roof.Ours was fully sound 4x4 wood and asphalt shingle. This product is not cheap, but it is exactly what the cansays. We did buy all fresh product, so be sure you get fresh, and do the call to GACO. Roofers forget thepublic does not have an economy to buy a new 4x4 or whatever construction, so many want the better stuff.By the way, we used the other stuff, four brands, and they all failed. So, be careful... but I recommend this.

I have a metal patio cover that has leaked for four years. I tried silicone caulking, flex seal, other flexible caulking and none of them worked. Living in California any roofing product must be able to withstand high U.V. exposure and none of the products I used lasted more than one summer. Along came the Gaco Patch product which finally fixed the leak permanently.What is great about this product is that it cures with the outside moisture. It can be exposed to water after 30 minutes. The product is easy to apply and can be cleaned up with soap and water. This can be applied over existing caulking. In fact. this was applied over Flex Seal and worked like a champ. My laundry room has a flat roof. I’ve had a bad leak for quite sometime. A friend recommended GacoPatch. Went on with ease & so far no leaks! I tried several other products & this is the one I wish I’d tried first!
