I have it just pushed the curd mass around without cutting through it well.

I live a product that works. This one does. No huge chunks of curd to cut down. The curd cooks evenly because you aren’t breaking down big pieces during the stir. Highly recommend

I’m super disappointed with this. The blunt bottom makes it really awkward to cut down on the curd. It butchers the curd mass. It’s too bad because I was excited to get it but k won’t use it again.
